Pro Terms & Conditions

• Julbo Pro is a membership program exclusively for industry professionals, influencers, athletes and VIPs.


• All Julbo Pro orders are final. No exchanges or returns are allowed.


• Purchases are for personal use only and not for resale.


• We will notify applicants of account status within 5-7 business days.


• Accounts are valid for one year from the date of approval. You will be prompted to reactivate your account at that time.


• Product reviews are encouraged for Julbo Pro members.


• Orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive, especially during periods of high demand.


• You will be charging a shipping fee of $8.95


• Julbo Pro applicants are automatically added to the Julbo email list. You may unsubscribe at any time.
