30-DAY TRIAL AGREEMENT

The trial period must start on the date of delivery.

This agreement is between Julbo Canada (“Julbo Canada”) and the Customers (“the Customers”). Problem with your order? Wrong style or colour not as you expected? No problem! You may exchange your Julbo sunglasses within 30 days.

You can return or exchange any item if:

- The item was purchased online through julbo-canada.ca.

- The item was delivered in the last 10 days.

- The item is new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, without any scuffs and scratches and has all its original tags, labels, and packaging.

Important Notices:

Discounted (final sale) items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping charges incurred on the initial transaction are non-refundable.

You are responsible for any return shipping costs.


1. Julbo Canada offers a 30-day trial of its sunglasses to Customers, beginning on the date of the purchase.

2. If Customers are unsatisfied with their purchase, they may exchange it for another pair of equal or greater value within 30 days of the original date of purchase.

3. The exchanged item must be returned in its original condition, free of scratches or other damage, and with all packaging intact.

The packaging includes a micro-fibre pouch and the glasses purchased by the Customers.

4. Before requesting an exchange, the Customers are required to try on the sunglasses for a minimum of ten (10) days. Exchanges will not be accepted prior to the completion of the ten (10) day trial period.

5. If you wish to exchange your Julbo sunglasses, please contact our customer service at info@julbo-canada.ca

6. We will not accept returns or exchanges once the 30-day grace period has elapsed.

7. All items purchased on sale at julbo-canada.ca will be considered a final sale.

8. No reimbursement or credit will be issued for items purchased on sale.

9. We cannot repair glasses, replace lenses in other glasses frames, or accept glasses from our competitors


By purchasing Julbo Canada sunglasses, the Customers agree to all the above 30-Day Trial Agreement Terms and Conditions.

How to return

We must first evaluate your request and see if it meets the above criteria. If it does, we will send you an e-mail including your authorization and return RMA number.

Receive our answer with your RMA number.

Pack the items you’re returning in a box or envelope of the appropriate size. Items must be in new condition, with their original labels and returned in their original packaging.

Make sure that the RMA number we sent you is clearly written on the box accompanying the returned items.

Please print the return authorization and put it in the box that accompanies your return.

Please send us the tracking number for the return to info@julbo-canada.ca.

Track your return using your tracking number to make sure we get it. Your refund will be processed within 15-20 business days. You will receive an email confirming the refund of your order.

Julbo in Canada offers a 2-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY AGAINST MANUFACTURING DEFECTS on all products purchased on julbo-canada.ca.
