Under our fee-based after-sales service, we can process all lost, broken or damaged sunglasses not covered by the warranty, for a period of 5 years from the date on which the product is no longer included in our collection, subject to stock availability. If certain spare parts are not available, we will try to offer you an alternative solution (different color, etc).

Please indicate the model # of your sunglasses in the special instructions for your order (located on the Shopping Cart page). The model # can be found on the inside of the temples or bridge. We may need to contact you for further information.

Please note that all parts are specially ordered from Julbo France and may take up to 4 weeks for delivery.
