Under our fee-based after-sales service, we can process all lost, broken or damaged sunglasses not covered by the warranty, for a period of 5 years from the date on which the product is no longer included in our collection, subject to stock availability. If certain spare parts are not available, we will try to offer you an alternative solution (different color, etc)
Please indicate the model # of your sunglasses in the special instructions for your order (located on the Shopping Cart page). The model # can be found on the inside of the temples or bridge. We may need to contact you for further information.
Please note that all parts are specially ordered from Julbo France and may take up to 4 weeks for delivery.
I could not fit the temple arms into my frame fronts. I was nervous I would break something. I had to take them to the store where I bought them originally. He is having trouble too.
In an era of throw away products, Julbo has created some of the best mountain glasses on the planet. 6 years of guiding, recreating and mountain rescue and the glasses are still going strong. With the best lenses ever! When I lost the cover off of the left arm, what does Julbo do? They send me another pair of arms! What? You mean I don't have to throw my glasses away because I can actually get replacement parts. That's the way things should be. A quality product and they have your back.
