REACTIV lenses are made from Trivex®, a next-generation polymer (polyurethane + nitrogen), first developed for the U.S. military, combining cutting-edge science with ultimate performance.

Material Fusion
Polyurethane and nitrogen are mixed at a precisely controlled ratio and temperature.

Precision Molding
The material is injected into a glass mold to form the lens base.

Thermal Hardening
Gradual heat treatment for 7–10 hours between 85°C and 130°C ensures strength and optical stability.

Finishing & Quality Control
Each lens is demolded, inspected, and tested to meet extreme performance standards.
