On May 24th, 2014, Julbo athlete Laura Perry took part in the 22nd annual Sulphur Spring 100 mile trail race. The conditions were tough, with high temperatures and extreme humidity. Laura took the lead early on in the race, and increased her lead consistently throughout the day. Laura won the race in a time of 17:49:58, smashing her old course record of 18:57:59 (set in 2013), and placed 1st for women AND 1st overall, beating all the men in the field. Laura ended up 4 hours ahead of the second place woman and 17 minutes ahead of the lead male.
