Glasses are really excellent lenses
But the customer service is shame
I contacted them to try to find solutions they don't want to know anything while the sunglasses are still under warranty

After reviewing the picture you provided, it appears that the product has been used beyond normal conditions. Unfortunately, this means we cannot cover the sunglasses under warranty.

Love the look and the change in lens tint based on amount of sun.
Great build quality, the lens are fantastic and the frame is sturdy yet light. The side shades are amazing and easy to install and remove. Nice thought to add a leash to the package in the soft insulated case. The photochromic adjustment to light intensity is so swift, you don't notice it visually, yet feel relieved by being less blinded by sunlight within a second coming outside.
I bought them because of the reviews, and because my big bro loves his. Going to Everest is a daunting task in itself, so having the best equipment is paramount. I tried them out yesterday on a hike. It was -15, the sun was ablaze, with a chilly breeze. Not only did they protect my eyes from the sun, but the wind too. Awesome!!
Googles are very good.
But I cannot reach customer support to get spare parts for fix my other googles.
Customer support in Canada is unreachable.
Customer support in US gave me a reply, but just stopped communication at some point.
The Shield sunglasses fit well to my face and are nice and light. Impressive optics that reduce glare and keeps eyes protected in all kinds of light conditions.
This is my 2nd pair and as before they are great. 1st were spectron 4, these are spectron 3. Both are good quality sunglasses, next time I will go back to the spectron 4 or spectron 3 with polarization.
Glasses are great, the Reactiv 2-4 lenses provide a golden hue that is fantastic for snow contrast and is equally adept for driving and sunny glacier/snow travel.
However, I received glasses that did not match the photo on the website (different color-way) and had slow, poor communication from the customer service team. I've been a fan of Julbo's products for a long time, but the Julbo Canada customer service is shockingly poor.
As a professional Mountain guide these are my go to eyewear for summer snow travel and high altitude climbing. I have sensitive eyes and these do the trick. I've bought and worn out three pairs over the years. Very functional and durable protection.

This is my second pair of Julbo sunglasses. I use these exclusively for ski touring activities in the Canadian Rockies.
Both have been the reactive 2-4 polarized (Chameleon) lens.
The side shields can touch your temple from time to time but have not irritated me thus far.
The only drawback of these lenses is that they can be too dark for anything but a sunny day. Overcast cloud cover will cause them to transition to 5% VLT and become challenging to see terrain. However, the polarization still provides better depth perception than no sunglasses, so they stay on my face and I continue to set the skin track.
I look forward to big spring days.
So far, these are the best performance sunglasses I have owned and used. They fit perfectly on my med-lg head. The combination of photochromic and polarized lenses is a game-changer because of versatility. Will use these for any mountain adventure, any season. The removable side shields are and easy to use but is possible to come in contact with skin depending on personal fit. Arms and hinges feel solid. Worth the extra cost overall.

I have large head and it's to big for me.
Great clarity with the sunglasses, and works well in the winter; however, it constantly wants to slide off my face.There isn't much of a nose bridge on the sunglasses making them quite close to your face and often sliding down. Otherwise, great quality.
An excellent fit with an unbelievable crisp vision. It has a bit too large lenses, although still practical.
Received email after the fact I purchased sunglasses for the boxing day event and they were not what my husband wanted. Not very pleased with Julbo overall.
Perfect fit. Light weight. Shields my eyes from wind so they dont tear up. Stylish.
