Poor customer service
Best ever! I ordered the parts that I needed and they came in record time! This following a discussion by email to make sure it's the correct part that I required.
I have NOT received my purchase yet . . . am very upset
Firstly, took two weeks to get the spare parts to fix my Vermont Classics. Secondly, one of the new blinders looks poorly made and results in light leakage around the side creating a reflection on the *inside* of the lens. One part of the blinder looks as though it's made of thicker leather, resulting in increased friction on the arm and bunching of the blinder, pulling it away from the side of my head. I expect more from a premium sunglasses manufacturer.
