The Julbo Canada Scholarship is a $1 000 award available to undergraduate and graduate students, as well as motivated and deserving individuals, dedicated to developing their personal and professional skills in the outdoors.
This scholarship allows us to recognize not only need and merit, but also diversity and inclusion. We believe that every individual has unique perspectives and values to contribute. In order to maximize the wealth of diversity we all bring to the field, we seek to provide resources to a broad population.
This scholarship pays $1 000 to be used as the applicant sees fit in pursuit of their personal and professional skills in the outdoors.
Criteria for eligibility and selection
This scholarship is open to all undergraduate and graduate students, as well as motivated and deserving individuals, dedicated to developing their personal and professional skills. We are looking for people who view and use the mountains in a unique way.
How to apply
The Julbo Canada Scholarship program welcomes all students who meet the above criteria to apply. Applicants will be assessed based on the following criteria:
- Completion of the Julbo Canada Scholarship Application
- A 500 word application essay posted to the applicant's blog or website that identifies the applicant, describes the applicant’s unique way to enjoy the mountains as a playground, and links back to this page using this link: http://julbo-canada.ca/pages/julbo-canada-scholarship
Application deadline and instructions:
To be considered eligible, interested applicants must submit a completed application via this form by September 16th, 2015. The scholarship winner and other applicants will be notified of the results in late November or early December.
