Our returns and exchanges are simple! Just follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at for a return label at b2c@rlanctot.com 
  2. We will send you a return label
  3. Print it and ship it
  4. When we receive the product back, we will issue a refund or ship out the exchange product you have chosen

When returning items, please remember these three rules:

Return Items Within 30 Days:

If the items you ordered are not what you expected in size or style, we will gladly offer a refund or exchange a product at same price on your order see * for exception.

If the 30 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Return New Items Only:

To be eligible for a return, your sunglasses must be in new, unworn condition without any scuffs and scratches. It must also be in the original packaging. If one of these conditions is not respected, we reserve the right to refuse and return to you without issuing a credit.

*No Returns on Sale Items:

*All items on sale are not eligible for return, exchange or refund. Returns and exchanges will be accepted for defective products only.
